Kevin Owens Returns to Instagram, Has a Message For Fans and Shane McMahon Before Hell in a Cell

WWE Smackdown Live star Kevin Owens has returned to Instagram, and posted the following video message welcoming fans to his new account. He also hyped his match against Shane McMahon at WWE Hell in a Cell tonight with the following Tweet.

Owens shut down his previous Instagram account back in 2016, after claiming users were trying to hack his account:
