Our colleagues at Foot Mercato report today that Premier League side Everton’s board have informed central midfielder Idrissa Gueye that he will not be allowed to leave the club this January transfer window, despite intense interest from PSG.
The outlet further claims that there has been no official contact between the two clubs in recent days.
This follows reporting from Téléfoot which indicated that Les Parisiens would not offer more than €30m to acquire the Senegalese lynchpin this month, with Everton asking for between €40m to €45m in order to part with the former Lille man.
