As seen at WWE Greatest Royal Rumble last week, Ariya Daivari and his brother Shawn Daivari interrupted a segment featuring the winners of WWE’s Saudi Arabia tryouts, and the brothers appeared carrying an Iranian flag. The segment concluded with The Daivari Brothers being laid out by the Saudi rookies, and you can watch it in full in the video player above.

Ariya Daivari has since revealed on Twitter that he has received death threats following the segment, and below is what Daivari had to say about the situation on Twitter:
Unfortunately some people took offense to this despite it being pure entertainment. Some threats were made against my life. I wanted to put this statement out to clarify where I as a person stand compared to my t.v. character. https://t.co/NJbnlMnn28
