When did you start working at Redox? I started working here in December 2014

What was your first role at Redox? I was a Business Analyst. I was the go to person for our internally developed CRM/ERP software – Redebiz. I was working between our IT Team and Department Managers on enhancements to supporting all staff with questions and assistance with our software. Redebiz has been specifically designed to support our staff, clients and suppliers needs. You could say I am the Redebiz guru…

What are 3 words you’d use to describe Redox? Innovative, Genuine, Rewarding What’s the most stand out personal achievement you’ve hit while working at Redox? Becoming the guru of Redebiz and being able translate ‘IT idiosyncrasies’ for my colleagues at Redox is satisfying.

How does Redox foster the kind of leadership that embraces and encourages constant improvement? It doesn’t matter how senior or how long someone has been at Redox, no task is ever too big or small. We all help and support each other in an ongoing effort to improve products, services and processes.

How have processes or technology changed at Redox and how has that benefited the customer? With constant enhancements and inbuilt flexibility, Redebiz provides us with an amazing competitive advantage allowing us to meet our customers and suppliers needs.

Many businesses talk about integrity, none exemplify it as good as Redox for as long as Redox – what is the secret? That’s simple, it’s the people who work at Redox.

What is it about Redox specifically that has seen the business go from strength to strength? I think we listen to customer and supplier needs and try to exceed their expectations. Having our own internally developed software, we easily adapt and implement changes that make a real difference.

What are you work mates like? They are knowledgeable, funny, honest, reliable and hardworking. I truly work with a great people.
