It’s not every day that you can get up close and personal with Ryan Gosling IRL, snag a photo opp (and maybe stare into his eyes for a bit), but Madame Tussauds Berlin is giving Gosling fans that very opportunity (sort of) now that they’ve immortalized him in wax.

While Gosling generally can’t resist flashing a smize for the camera that echoes that infamous ‘hey girl’ meme, this wax statue version is much more subdued. Rather than ooze swagger, it looks straight ahead, and skips any swoon-worthy gear, opting instead for a simple blue button-down top and brown slacks.
Although the wax figure doesn’t exactly capture Gosling’s essence, it would still be tough to resist visiting the La La Land actor’s waxen doppelgänger if we ever found ourselves on a trip to the German city.
This is just the latest time Madame Tussauds has added a Gosling statue into its celebrity waxwork collection. Back in 2014, Madame Tussauds London debuted its first wax representation of the actor, which was suited up in a navy blue tuxedo and came complete with a manicured goatee.
