Gianluca di Marzio reports this evening that negotiations have in recent hours continued to advance positively between AS Monaco and Newcastle United over the possible loan until the end of the season for Italian full-back Antonio Barreca.
The 23-year-old has failed to make an impact with the Principality side since his summer move to Torino.
