The stars of 5 Star Wrestling are arriving in the UK ahead of tomorrow night’s historic first episode of our weekly live TV show at the Liverpool Echo Arena.

Rey Mysterio put out an Instagram post earlier today with a photo of himself on the plane heading to the UK just hours after his stunning appearance in the Royal Rumble.

Incidentally, The Master of the 619’s shock Rumble outing was the most-watched YouTube video from the event with 6.1 million views and counting – trouncing even the debut of Ronda Rousey!

“Get ready UK…we on our way!” posted the world’s all-time greatest high flyer as he jetted in for tomorrow night’s bout with Liverpool’s Number 1 Zack Gibson LIVE on FreeSports.

Meanwhile, Jake Hager put out a provocative tweet towards his Echo Arena opponent ‘English Lion’ Eddie Ryan as he arrived at the airport.

“It’s finally here! Flying to @5StarWrestling Liverpool now. But why am I wearing sunglasses inside? Because @RealEnglishLion is ugly as s**t!” tweeted The All-American American.

Ryan, who stood up to the former Jack Swagger at the press conference to launch 5 Star Wrestling:LIVE on FreeSports in Sheffield three weeks ago, was quick to defend himself once again.

The Plymouth man tweeted: “Can’t wait to knock those stupid sunglasses off your stupid face.”

It’s getting heated again in the Hager-Ryan rivalry and their match might be the most personal of the entire card.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday afternoon some of the 5 Star Wrestling crew had already arrived in Liverpool and were doing last-minute media rounds.

‘Darewolf’ PJ Black and Zack Gibson filmed a clip for local channel Made in Liverpool TV in the city centre.

And once again, feelings ran high when the Brit decided to be extremely vocal about his belief that 5 Star Wrestling favors the big overseas names over the homegrown talent.

The South African took offense and the cameras caught a war of words between Gibson and Black which will go out later today on Made in Liverpool TV across Merseyside.

In other 5 Star news, the popular So-Cal Val has been added to the backstage team for tomorrow night’s historic live TV broadcast on FreeSports.

The bubbly red head will be the roving news reporter behind-the-scenes during the show catching up with the wrestlers before and after their bouts – getting the scoops for the FreeSports audience and for www.5starwrestling.co.uk !

“Thrilled to announce I’m joining the @5StarWrestling team as a backstage interviewer!” tweeted Val.

“Now that I’m a UK resident I feel honored to be amongst the best in British wrestling.”

Additionally, 5 Star Wrestling has issued the following:

We regret to announce that Brian Cage will not be a part of the show tomorrow night due to a family emergency.

Brian tweeted earlier today that he needed to stay home in the USA because his new-born baby girl has been ill and apologized that this would mean his scheduled match with ‘Darewolf’ PJ Black would have to be postponed to a later date.

We at 5 Star Wrestling support Brian in his decision and agree with him that his daughter has to come first. We hope to see Brian back with us in the near future and we wish him and his family all our very best.

We are looking at options for a replacement opponent for PJ Black tomorrow night at the Liverpool Echo Arena and all will be revealed on the night.

Get ready Manchester U.K. We on our way! #5StarWrestling #ThrillaInManila @rootsoffight
