The Rock shared a fascinating video to his Instagram this weekend that looked in detail at when he visited the WWE Performance Cente.

The WWE legend recently visited the Orlando training center where he took the time to watch and speak with the current NXT Superstars as they trained and practised.
The Rock was watching his daughter, Simone Johnson as she worked in the ring wrestling. He actually ended up getting into the ring himself and worked with not only his daughter but several other NXT stars.
He and Simone spoke openly to the camera about her becoming a professional wrestler in what is a very emotional and inspiring video.
Challenge yourself to greatness, listen to your gut, check your ego at the door, be kind, be grateful and always block out the noise. These were my principles I applied to my pro wrestling career. But I also learned to apply them to something much bigger than wrestling or Hollywood — life. I want you to do the same.
